Performance tracking improvements
Advanced automatic task configuration
Following the experimentation with automatic tasks, an improvement has been made to performance tracking to reduce the workload associated with assigning generated tasks. An advanced section now allows preconfiguration of their assignment, reducing manual intervention:
- Dropdown “Assigned to”
- Dropdown “Priority”
- “Description” field
Bulk update of tolerance assignment
To complement the addition of default assignment in performance tracking, a new bulk update feature is now available for existing tolerances.
This option allows you to modify, in a single action, the default assigned user across all tolerances within the same theme or group of cards. As a result, all tasks generated from tolerance exceedances will automatically be assigned to the same person.
Bug fixes summary
- Dashboard: Updated chart titles based on view (daily, weekly, monthly) for improved clarity.
- Dashboard (Planned walks completion widget): Added a “View excluded walks” button.
- Tolerances: Added the ability to edit tolerances, including modification support.
